Spectrum Web Co builds its own agent tooling first and runs it under its products. Four tools cover agentic software engineering end to end: Ultrathink plans before an agent codes, Agent Substrate gives every agent shared memory and a ledger, Agent Swarm runs the software lifecycle behind fail-closed gates, and Omega gives one developer a configurable programming desk.
